Ryan had just finished changing Hailey's diaper when she ran over to grab Gus and kept saying "bipo, bipo" (translation = diaper). So Ryan said, "Does Gus need a diaper change?" She just started spastically nodding her head. So this was her trying to be a little mommy and change Gus' diaper. She tries to feed him and give him drinks too.
